1. Scope
These terms apply to all cosmetic treatment services provided by Merysbeautybar.
2. Appointments
Appointments are binding, whether booked online, by phone or in person.
Booking an appointment establishes a service contract.
3. Prices and payment
The current prices apply.
Payment is due immediately after treatment, in cash or using an available payment method.
A deposit may be required for training or special appointments.
4. Cancellation
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours beforehand.
For cancellations at shorter notice:
- Less than 24 hours beforehand: 75% of the treatment price
- Failure to attend: 100% of the treatment price
Late arrival:
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment cannot take place
- The appointment will be charged as a missed appointment (100%)
